Hi I'm Katie, I teach pottery workshops from my private studio inside the Kaiapoi Mill which is a 25 min drive from Christchurch city centre. I work full time as a ceramic artist creating fun pieces that I sell through my website, at markets and shops throughout Aotearoa. I have been teaching pottery workshops for 3 years and love sharing my passion for clay and creativity.

I strive to create fun workshops where you can come with your friend or by yourself and get creative in a small group setting (max of 10 people/ workshop). All workshops are one off handbuilding workshops (not on the pottery wheel). This technique allows people of all levels to craft beautiful work within one session. All workshops are suitable for beginners aged 12+
