Vase or Jug making workshop - June 3rd

Join Katie in her pottery studio and make your own pottery vase OR jug. During this workshop you will each hand build either a vase or a jug out of white stoneware clay. Katie will demonstrate how to make your piece using a technique called coiling. Your jug or vase will be glazed with a glossy coat of clear glaze and fired twice in the kiln to be picked up 5-7 weeks after the workshop.

This workshop is designed for beginners and is set in a relaxed studio environment. Katie loves to encourage creativity and no two pieces made in her class are the same.

This workshop is suitable for ages 12+

When? Saturday June 3rd, 10am-12.30pm

Where? Katie's pottery studio, located inside the Kaiapoi Mill, 35 Ranfurly Street, Kaiapoi.

What to bring? An apron if you have one.

Please note that because spaces are limited once you have booked there are no refunds, unless we can find someone else to take your spot.
